Great experiemce with Maddie. She didnt hound us and was able to read my husband's body language when he needed distance to discuss the deal. She was communicative and straight forward which we appreciate as car buying is not a fun process. Glad we were able to work with her. This is not our first purchase from this dealership and it's always been a pretty decent experience.

I have been shopping for a vehicle for several months now, and Sales Consultant Josh Eugair has been nothing short of fantastic. I originally showed up to look at a vehicle which unknowingly did not suit my needs, and eventually (a very patient Josh) helped me sort through the specs, etc to focus on another vehicle, which also happened to be less expensive. Not only does Josh really know the mechanical ins and outs of the vehicles, he's a genuinely good person and is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the industry in general. Car-shopping is generally stressful, but it has been a positive experience because of him.

If 6 stars was an option I would leave that! Maddy, Casie and George were phenomenal to work with! They were so kind and put so much effort and care into getting me into the car I wanted for a price that I could afford! When things weren’t going the way I had hoped, instead of giving up on me they got me an amazing deal that I could say yes to! I couldn’t recommend this team enough! I am truly SO grateful I got to work with the 3 of them!

In my 40+ years of driving/purchasing vehicles, my experience at (Honda of Rutland) was second to none!! I drove approximately 300 miles to visit this dealership to simply look over one particular vehicle. In the course of the 4 hour drive, I thought this maybe a serious mistake!! How wrong, I was...Upon entering the dealership, I meet the kindest, courteous an most professional Sales Representative in the industry, Mr Tate!! Mr T, readily assured me that the vehicle listed/pictured on their dealership website was everything as described. His reassurance was 💯% TRUE an ACCURATE!! After looking over the vehicle from top to bottom an test drive, it was everything as promised. Never at any point was there any pressure to finalize the sale. Mr Tate took the time to answer all my questions with the utmost respect. Being older, I was not familiar with the lastest technology features. With patience, he answered all of my questions including running off to other staff members to validate his responses. What a gentleman. To all of the Staff @ Honda of Rutland, Thank You so very much for a memorable, wonderful buying experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to all. I worked with Hunter Phelps and he was very helpful in deciding which car would be best for me. He was very knowledgeable as well. Polite, too. Andrew in the Finance office was also really nice and helpful. Overall 10/10 experience and I love my new HRV!

I had an excellent vehicle purchasing experience over the past week at Honda of Rutland! I’ve been going there for 20 years and, despite different ownerships throughout this time, the staff has always been friendly, supportive and accommodating. This time, specifically, I was introduced to Hunter Phelps for assisting me with purchasing a 2025 Honda CR-V. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions about the purchase options with patience and recommendations. The atmosphere at Honda of Rutland is always fun and comfortable, and I will never go anywhere else … I promise!

We were looking for a used Honda CRV to replace a vehicle my daughter was taking to college. We found a vehicle on line at Honda of Rutland and made an appointment to look at the vehicle. Natasha Fortin was friendly and very helpful going over the car and details with us. When the vehicle was not quite what we were looking for, she went out of her to try and find something that would work for us. While ultimately we did not purchase from Honda of Rutland, we would recommend Natasha and the dealership to anyone looking for a personal touch and great service.

I've been going to Honda in Rutland (through many name changes) since 2016. I just traded in my Fit for a 2025 Civic and had a great experience with Hunter Phelps. He was polite, knowledgeable, and overall great to work with. He answered all of our questions clearly and made the car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend him if you're looking for someone who truly cares about helping you make the right choice.

Update 07/14: Steve Perlowski made things right. I have great respect for how he spoke to me and handled this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, stay away from this Honda location. Ben Kramm, in Finance, is great. Service Dept. I have no concerns. Sales Dept. I have MANY concerns. Not only was I given misleading information from Natasha about turning in my lease (so now have two car payments), but she harassed me about a pending deal (that I dropped) after telling her I was no longer interested. She called, texted, emailed, and put that cycle on repeat for a couple weeks before I blocked the #. Nevertheless me sitting in the showroom while the sales manager, and Team whisper about said pending deal. Uneducated - Unprofessional - Disrespectful - THEY JUST WANT THE DEAL FOLKS! I'll remain respectful and not attach the screenshots and emails I have. I stand reliable with Honda Financial Services so THEY aren't penalizing me, and my partner (thankfully) knows his shit and has it under control.
