Great service

We drove in with an unexpected issue and were taken care of right away .A video of the work suggested /needed was sent to me so I could make a better informed decision about the repairs . Francesco kept us informed about everything involved and did not hesitate to answer the questions that I had ,which I must say is a big step up from the previous 2 dealership owner/ managers . I’m confident enough in this first interaction to be comfortable in highly recommending the service dept and returning myself for future work .

Great video of the service, they checked everything when putting on my snow tires. Explained everything I will need for next time. Very nice waiting room but I wish they had more caffeine free soda choices.

Everyone there communicated with me on work needed to be done. The work that was completed in a timely manner was thorough and neat….zero evidence that anyone was in there. That’s what you want!

Maddy was a real joy to work with during the process. She never pressured me into buying a car and even let me go out the door when I couldn’t get within my price range. She called with another offer that was better suited for me the next morning and I shot back another offer and she presented it and called me back with the approved offer. She always met us with a smile and was very helpful throughout the process. She should be proud with the way she treated us with compassion and her professionalism was top notch. We will return to Maddy and I recommend seeing her if you need a vehicle. A 10/10,5 stars!!!! Well done Maddy keep up the great work

The staff here is very attentive and friendly. They know what they are doing! They go out of their way to help and answer all your questions without you feeling rushed. I was very impressed. I also felt good about leaving my car with them.
